7 New Honeywell Valve Actuators from DtiCorp.com

Fort Lauderdale, FL - Popular Honeywell online retailer DtiCorp.com (http://www.DtiCorp.com) is introducing 7 New Honeywell Valve Actuators. Honeywell Valve Actuators mount directly onto flanged or threaded globe valves or unitary valves for control in HVAC systems.

Features:

- Easy and quick installation.
- No separate linkage required.
- Conduit connector standard.
- No adjustments required on linkage.
- Accurate valve positioning.
- Low power consumption.
- High close-off ratings.
- Force limiting end switches.
- Manual operator.
- Synchronous motor.
- Maintenance free.

The ML7420 Non-Spring Return Electric Linear Valve Actuators are modulating control actuators used with controllers that provide an analog output of 0 to 10 Vdc or 2 to 10 Vdc. These actuators operate standard Honeywell valves in HVAC applications. An internal selector plug can be used to reverse the direction of action.

Models available:

1. ML7420A3055 Non-Spring Return Direct-Coupled, Linear-Stroke, Valve Actuator with 135 lbf rated force

2. ML7420A3063 Non-Spring Return Direct-Coupled, Linear-Stroke, Valve Actuator with 135 lbf rated force

The ML7421A,B Non-Spring Return Electric Linear Valve Actuators are modulating control actuators used with controls that provide an analog output of 0 to 10 Vdc or 2 to 10 Vdc. These actuators operate standard Honeywell valves in HVAC applications. An internal selector plug can be used to reverse the direction of action.

Models available:

3. ML7421A1032 Non-Spring Return Direct-Coupled, Linear-Stroke, Valve Actuator with 405 lbf rated force

4. ML7421B1023 Non-Spring Return Direct-Coupled, Linear-Stroke, Valve Actuator with 405 lbf rated force

The ML7425 Spring Return Electric Linear Valve Actuators are modulating control actuators used with controllers that provide an analog output of 0 to 10 Vdc or 2 to 10 Vdc. These actuators operate standard Honeywell valves in heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) applications. An internal selector plug can be used to reverse the direction of action.

Models available:

5. ML7425A3013 Stem down on power failure Direct-Coupled, Linear-Stroke, Valve Actuator with 135 lbf rated force

6. ML7425B3012 Stem up on power failure Direct-Coupled, Linear-Stroke, Valve Actuator with 135 lbf rated force

The ML7984 is a self-contained, self-adjusting, linear motorized linkage that mounts directly onto V5011 two-way or V5013 three-way valves and provides up to 25 mm (1") of linear travel (stem lift). For use with Series 70 2-10Vdc, 4-20mA; Series 90 135 ohm; and Electronic (Super Mod) modulating signal controllers.

Models available:

7. ML7984A4009 Non-Spring Return Direct-Coupled, Linear-Stroke, Valve Actuator with 160 lbf rated force

ML7984 Operation:

The microprocessor responds to the signal across the input terminals based on the con fig u ra tion DIP switch settings.
When correctly connected to the actuator, a control signal between signal input terminals is converted to a digital run time and compared to pulse counts from the fi rst gear in the gear train. When these counters are equal, the drive motor and drive shaft are stationary.
As long as the value of the controlled medium remains at the controller setpoint, the control loop circuit is in balance, and the actuator does not run. When the controller set point or controlled temperature changes, the controller output voltage is changed, causing the counters to differ. As the actuator moves in the di rec tion to correct the difference, the counters increment or dec re ment, and stop the actuator when the input and gear counts agree.
At the end of the valve stroke, the actuator develops the necessary force for positive valve close-off. The motor stops automatically when the motor draws a predetermined current which corresponds to a force level. The digital counters are reset and calibrated at each end of stroke.
Modulating actuators will automatically travel to the position corresponding to analog input signal following the self-calibration cycle.
